James W. Keyes

James W. Keyes is the former Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Blockbuster Inc.^[1] He formerly served as the President and CEO of 7-Eleven.

Education

Keyes graduated from the College of the Holy Cross. He also obtained an MBA from Columbia Business School in 1980.

Career

Keyes served as the President and CEO of 7-Eleven from 2000 until 2005, retiring upon its sale to Seven & I Holdings Co.. Before that, he also served as CFO and COO of the company during his 21 years at the company.^[2]

Keyes was appointed as Chairman and CEO of Blockbuster in 2007.^[3]
